Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Siliguri. The Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements, handle travel consulting and reservations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include crafting personalized travel plans, booking accommodations and transportations, and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations in the region is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
