Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes sourcing, requirements gathering, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Use a variety of platforms, including job portals, professional networks, social media, recommendations, and direct outreach, to find qualified applicants.
  • Employ Boolean search methods along with other sophisticated sourcing tactics to draw in both passive and active applicants.
  • Organise salary talks and negotiations to make sure offers are reasonable, competitive, and in line with both internal and external benchmarks.
  • Establish and preserve a solid rapport with internal stakeholders by giving them regular updates and strategic advice on hiring plans.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of HR data and reporting to generate insights, support workforce planning, and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, diversity objectives, and employment regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proficient in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Boolean search and other sourcing techniques.
  • Strong salary negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with HR data and recruitment reports.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
