Pre-Sales Associate
and become the first point of contact for aspiring homebuyers. In this role, you will engage potential customers over calls, manage leads efficiently, schedule site visits, and work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Share detailed project information and respond to queries with clarity.
- Qualify leads based on interest and buying readiness.
- Schedule, coordinate, and reconfirm site visits.
- Follow up with clients before and after visits to ensure consistent engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and updates.
- Maintain accurate lead data, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and site visits.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, customer support, or similar roles (Freshers welcome).
- Goal-driven, proactive, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
