Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ernakulam. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with customers, assisting them in identifying suitable products, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, promoting offerings, following up on leads, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The associate will also gather market feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge or experience in automotive spare parts and the two-wheeler industry
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in local languages relevant to the region and English
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred
