Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and problem-solving-driven Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join our on-site team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a passion for coding, and the ability to adapt quickly. You will be responsible for developing scalable systems, applying best practices, and contributing to our mission in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.

Collaborate on backend development projects with high-quality outputs.

Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

Apply system design principles to practical, real-world applications.

Develop backend services and APIs using Python or GoLang.

Requirements

100+ DSA problems solved on platforms like LeetCode, GeeksforGeeks, or similar.

Proficiency in Python or GoLang.

Experience with at least one backend framework (e.g., Django, Flask, Express).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Quick learner with a growth mindset.

Basic understanding of system design.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or projects.

Knowledge of DevOps tools and principles (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for continuous learning and innovation in software engineering.
