Experience Required: 3–5 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, or operations. Prior exposure to manufacturing/jewellery industry will be a strong advantage.

Job Overview
Looking for a dynamic, sincere, and self-motivated female professional to provide executive-level support to the Director and manage administrative functions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the capability to balance executive support, vendor coordination, and employee management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Coordination
- Provide executive-level assistance to the Director in communication, reporting, and cross-department coordination.
- Handle customer interactions, ensuring timely updates on orders and smooth coordination with the production team.
- Follow up on commercial commitments including payments, deliveries, and vendor relations.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Supervise day-to-day administrative functions including vendor management (security, housekeeping, labour, gardening, etc.).
- Oversee employee-related processes: attendance, payroll coordination, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hospitality, and exhibitions (domestic & international) for the Director and visitors.
- Ensure smooth functioning of statutory and compliance-related requirements in coordination with consultants.
- Qualification: MBA / Graduate (Administration/Management preferred)
- Experience: 3–5 years in executive assistance, administration, or operations. Exposure to manufacturing or jewellery industry preferred.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal) along with Hindi/Gujarati.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet research, and social media.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage responsibilities independently.
