Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and interiors. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, creating detailed drawings, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architectural projects
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Experience in high-end hospitality or residential projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
