Job Title: Architect (Java, Python and Gen AI)

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong architectural acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust architectural solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of modern architectural patterns including microservices, event-driven, serverless, and layered architectures.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in the development of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems using Python and Java.
  • Guide the implementation of cloud-native solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Oversee containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Architect and manage data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases, caching systems (e.g., Redis, Memcached), and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP standards.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Architect in delivering large-scale, complex enterprise applications.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of microservices, event-driven, serverless, and layered architectures.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, Memcached, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
  • Familiarity with security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on balancing time, cost, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices.
