Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural designs, collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring integration and compliance with all relevant regulations. The Architect will work closely with the construction team to ensure the quality and progress of the construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Skills in AutoCAD, 3DSMAX etc
  • Experience in Interior Designing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in project management or related fields are a plus
  • Experience with luxury residential projects is an added advantage
