Job Role: Design & Development
Designation: Sr. Architect
Department: Engineering (Architecture)
Reporting to: Sr. Architect (HOD)

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring drawings are available to Project Managers as per schedule and assisting the Sr. Architect in monitoring the quality and progress of work.

Key Accountabilities & Descriptions

  1. Design Co-ordination

    • Source concept drawings & GFC drawings from project consultants and provide the same to Sr. Architect on time.

  2. Design

    • Check basic parameters in concept drawings received from consultants and highlight observations to Sr. Architect for incorporation.

    • Prepare error-free drawings and design details, presenting them for approval to Sr. Architect as per requirement.

    • Ensure approved GFC drawings are sent to site and proper records are maintained.

    • Consolidate various drawings received from consultants and ensure final drawings are error-free.

  3. Monitoring & Quality Assurance

    • Create detailed Site Observation Reports, clearly indicating rectifications if any, and submit the same to the Sr. Architect.
