MaaMeal addresses meal problems by creating a seamless digital marketplace that connects urban consumers with a diverse network of verified home-based chefs. The platform delivers genuine, comforting meals while fostering economic independence for home chefs. MaaMeal ensures guaranteed authenticity through rigorous vetting of culinary skills and traditional recipes, as well as verified hygiene and trust by requiring mandatory FSSAI and BBMP compliance. We also provide guidance and assistance to chefs in obtaining necessary licenses. In addition to individual orders, MaaMeal caters to corporate subscriptions and events.
Role Description
This is a Part-time Remote role for a Founder's Office Executive based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Founder's Office Executive will assist in various day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, conducting research, preparing reports, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role also involves liaising with different teams for effective communication and execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in project coordination and office management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
