Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused
Academic/Admission Counsellor
who can understand students' career aspirations, guide them toward the right courses, and support them throughout the admission process. The counsellor should have a good understanding of
technology-based courses
and a passion for helping students build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about IT & Digital courses such as
Python, Java, AI-ML, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and related programs
. - Handle inquiries (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and social media leads) and provide accurate course/program details.
- Understand each student's academic background and career goals, and recommend suitable training programs.
- Guide students through the
application and enrollment process
. - Maintain student databases and track conversions through CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets in coordination with the sales & marketing team.
- Conduct online/offline counselling sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Represent the company at educational events, seminars, and career fairs.
