Role Description
This full-time, on-site role, based in New Delhi, requires an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing detailed information about the school's programs, facilitating campus tours, and assisting with the application and enrollment process. Additional daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, attending school fairs, and collaborating with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Background in Education
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in school admissions or a related field is a plus
