Position: Admission/Academic Counselor cum Center Manager

Location: Take One School of Mass Communication, New Delhi

Reporting to: Director

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented **Admission/Academic Counselors cum Center Managers** who can handle both academic counseling and center management responsibilities. This is a key position requiring excellent communication skills, student-centric counseling abilities, and strong organizational and leadership qualities to oversee day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Admission & Counseling

* Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.

* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.

* Conduct campus tours, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure conversion of leads into admissions.

* Maintain updated knowledge of all programs, curriculum, and career prospects in mass communication.

  1. Academic Coordination

* Assist students in academic planning, course selection, and understanding program structures.

* Coordinate with faculty to manage class schedules, student attendance, and academic progress.

* Address student concerns and provide guidance for academic and career development.

  1. Center Management

* Oversee the daily functioning of the center, ensuring smooth operations.

* Manage staff scheduling, facilities, and resources to maintain a professional learning environment.

* Monitor student satisfaction and maintain high standards of service.

* Prepare reports on admissions, academic performance, and center activities for management review.


Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

* Strong sales and conversion skills with a customer-service mindset.

* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, work independently, and meet targets.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
