
Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and build targeted lead lists across industries and geographies.
Write and optimize personalized, engaging, and conversion-focused outreach emails.
Track performance metrics like open rates, click-throughs, and responses, and make improvements.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and follow-up sequences to boost engagement.
Use HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) to manage campaigns, automations, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Shift timings will be 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM (IST)
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (preferably in
SaaS/IT/technology).
Hands-on experience with cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot or other CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales, etc.).
Excellent copywriting skills in English, with the ability to leverage AI tools for translating or adapting
content into Swedish.
A data-driven mindset – you enjoy testing, measuring, and optimizing outreach strategies.
Highly motivated, structured, and able to work independently with clear targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600, ₹850,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
