Job Summary:
Shambhhawee Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and be well-versed with statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage payroll operations smoothly and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records and update changes related to salary, bonuses, deductions, etc.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws – PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for attendance, leave, and overtime inputs
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, payslips, and deductions
- Prepare and submit statutory returns on time (EPFO, ESIC, etc.)
- Reconcile salary accounts and support audits when required
- Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll and employee information
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Saral PayPack, Zoho Payroll, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Additional certification in Payroll or HR operations is a plus
Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)
