Accounts & Back Office Executive

ZOMIT (Servogenix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a **dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive** who is **proficient in Zoho Books**. The role involves managing core financial functions, payroll, and service-related audit processes, with additional responsibility for basic back office coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:Accounts & Finance (Primary)**:
- Maintain daily accounting entries in **Zoho Books** (MUST).
- Manage and reconcile invoices, expenses, sales, and payouts.
- Coordinate with external CA for **GST filings, TDS, and compliance**.
- Generate reports**:Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, GSTR reports**.
- Track **technician payouts, service margins**, and revenue leakage.
**Payroll & Audits**:
- Prepare and process **monthly salaries and incentives**.
- Track **attendance, leaves, and reimbursement claims**.
- Conduct **weekly service audit reports** (cross-verifying service IDs, parts usage, and margins).
**Back Office (Secondary)**:
- Update pricing records for inventory/spare parts.
- Maintain internal documentation for service and compliance.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Mandatory**: Hands-on experience in **Zoho Books** (minimum 6 months).
- Good command of **Tally Prime** (optional but preferred).
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Filters, Basic Formulas).
- Prior experience in payroll, audit reporting, or accounts payable is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
