LEGAL

  • Contract Management- drafting, reviewing, standardization, negotiating contracts for business verticals.
  • Managing Litigations (Civil, Criminal, Labor, Regulatory, IPR etc) on pan India, develop strategies, suggest measures to prevent & close litigations & timely appraising all the stakeholders about the potential legal exposure & mitigation measures.
  • Conduct legal risk assessment, due diligence, suggest risk mitigating strategies & providing training on legal, compliance, competition law, regulatory issues including Company policies & procedures.
  • Actively involved in management decision making process on critical matters (HR, Compliance, Ethics & Business expansion)
  • Advising on TTE projects in India (Merger, Acquisitions, JVs and business expansion.
  • Managing notices, external delegation (POA), engagement of outside counsel & keeping track of judicial pronouncement, amendments etc.
  • Policies & procedures (Litigation, Power of Attorney, CSR, Contract Procedure, License Procedure, Document Retention,)

COMPANY SECRETERIAL

  • Adopt best Corporate Governance Practices and ensure timely compliance of Companies Act.
  • To conduct Board meetings, General meetings, Committee meetings, Secretarial Audits etc.
  • Certification of various documents and advising on implementation of CSR.
