Employee Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site & filed work role for a Client Relationship & portfolio Development management at Ascending Wealth Solutions LLP Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing personalized financial & Taxation advice, and developing tailored solutions oriented plans. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and financial goals are met on or before time.

Qualifications & experience required to apply for this job;

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  2. Experienced in financial consulting, wealth management, or related fields.

  3. Knowledge of investment strategies ,financial markets, Banking Products & Insurance market.

  4. Ability to analyze and understand client financial needs.

  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  6. Experience in client Acquire & relationship customer service skills

7.Qualified in Business development , through MBA or BBA.

  1. ⁠Filed work experience.

Key Responsibilities of employee:

  1. Act as the primary liaison between the business and customers.

  2. Ensure existing customers have suitable products, scout new markets, and engage potential leads.

  3. Represent the face of the company, handling various tasks from customer relations to competitive analysis.

  4. Manage and nurture customer relationships while pursuing new sales avenues.

Work Responsibilities of employee:

  1. Lead Generation's through Tele calling , Social media , Activities in corporate and society's.

  2. Acquire new clients and manage their accounts.

  3. Drive business development strategies & Growth of the organisation.

  4. Provide timely reports to clients and management.

  5. Identify new opportunities for both existing and prospective clients for business development.

  6. Uphold ethical standards in client interactions.

Desired Skill Sets:

  1. He/She must be Excellent in communication skills.

  2. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

Our Requirements:

We are hiring upto 3 years of experience employees, those who worked in the financial services industry (e.g. portfolio management firms , Banking sector ,Mutual Fund and Insurance industry)
