The Associate Analyst, Portfolio Management will be a member of the People Operations and Insights team which provides data-driven decisions at scale, delivers key operational experiences, and enables scalable operational excellence across People and Capability. This is a global role and collaboration will be required with the global team, operating across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, passionate about operational excellence, and brings expertise in the HR functional domain, program management, planning, and enablement.

• Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale projects within People Operations and Insights
• Partner to develop and maintain comprehensive prioritized roadmaps across POI teams
• Establish and standardize processes for documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility
• Act as a backup and perform ad hoc roles as needed to ensure project continuity
• Develop and support integrated enablement and change management plans in support of POI deliverables
• Provide governance and planning for POI communications
• Build templates and tools that can be leveraged throughout the team (e.g., readiness checklists, quality control processes & standards)
• Monitor and report metrics and KPIs to measure portfolio performance
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Experience working in cross-functional and large projects
• Experience in relationship building across large-scale organizations
• Past portfolio management/PMO experience
