Designation - Recreational Activities Officer (4 positions)

Location: Dona Paula, Goa

Job Summary:

Role Purpose: Deliver smooth club operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare courts for play (nets, cleaning, lights, water availability)

  • Assist guests with equipment rentals and returns

  • Support guests and coaches during sessions

  • Handle refreshments counter and simple F&B service

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in service industry preferred (hospitality, gyms, sports)

  • Energetic, customer-friendly attitude

  • Willingness to learn basic rules of padel & pickleball

  • Flexible with shifts
