Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher for the position of Administrative Assistant Cum Data Entry at our Bengaluru office. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and be capable of assisting with administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Proficient in accurately entering and managing data across various platforms.
  • Document Preparation (Mandatory skill): Skilled in preparing and organizing documents for efficient processing and retrieval.
  • Email Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage and prioritize emails effectively, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for managing correspondence and reports.
  • Database Management: Experience in handling and updating information in databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software: Capability to manage client data and interactions effectively.
  • Calendar and Scheduling Management: Proficient in organizing appointments and meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Basic Accounting: Understanding of basic financial transactions and record-keeping for assisting in financial tasks.

  • Accurately enter data into the company's database to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and organize documents for filing and retrieval as required by the administrative team.
  • Manage and prioritize the company's email correspondence to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments to optimize the management team's time.
  • Support the administrative team with day-to-day tasks and logistical activities.
