Job Description:

The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple institutional and academic portals as per the requirements of the Pre-University Board, Bangalore University, and internal administrative systems. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality while handling student, academic, and institutional information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update student admission details, attendance, marks, and other records in university and board portals.
  • Maintain accurate databases of student and faculty information in internal systems.
  • Assist in uploading documents, examination forms, and compliance data as per official guidelines.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Coordinate with administrative, academic, and accounts departments for timely data collection and updates.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required by the management or affiliating bodies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of institutional and student data.
  • Support administrative staff in handling digital records, file management, and related documentation tasks.
  • Stay updated with process changes or new requirements from the Pre-University Board and Bangalore University.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in data entry, office administration, or a related role. (Freshers with good typing and computer skills may also apply.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with data entry in educational portals or university systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Saturday

Salary:

₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Consolidated)
