Job Title: Front Desk cum Admin- Female

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols.
  • Manage reception area cleanliness and presentation.

Administrative Support & Travel Management:

  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, cabs, and visas .
  • Manage travel itineraries, changes, and cancellations as per business needs.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and office events.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as needed.

General Office Administration:

  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and stationery requirements.
  • Coordinate courier, mail, and deliveries.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor office utilities, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
  • Provide support to management and other departments for smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Administration/Management or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Mandatory experience in travel booking and coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
