Job Summary: The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory and storage operations in a regulated biopharmaceutical equipment manufacturing facility. The role ensures inventory accuracy, material traceability, compliance with GMP standards, and smooth coordination with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor store inventory with the proper right quantity, and quality documentation.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
  • Product management including ordering, receiving, prices, handling damaged products return goods.
  • Take care of day-to-day store operations and ensure maximum profitability of the store.
  • Generate review daily stock report.
  • Ensure all store facilities are in proper working order.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that store operations support overall objectives
  • Maintain proper documentation for all including invoices, packing slips, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, receipts, and issuances
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accuracy in the physical stock versus inventory records
  • Maintain proper documentation for all goods and materials received and dispatched.
  • Organize and arrange stock in in the store to maximize space, ensure easy accessibility, and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Perform regular stock checking takes and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Basic computer skills, Inventory management software, Ability to work independently.
  • Ensure that all store equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12th Grade (HSC) is required — you must have completed it to apply
  • Bachelor's Degree is not mandatory, but having one could give you an edge or be preferred for selection.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Stores .
  • Experience in handling regulated inventory and cleanroom-grade materials is a strong
