We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand target audience, buyer persona, and lead quality requirements.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI, while ensuring maximum lead conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, etc.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and provide weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate market insights.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Retargeting campaigns.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns and optimizing for CPL.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
