Sales Manager-Working Capital

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for working capital products (e.g. cash credit, invoice discounting, supply chain financing, receivables finance)
- Identify, prospect, and pitch to target clients (SMEs, corporates) who require working capital solutions
- Analyze clients financials, creditworthiness, industry, cash flows to propose suitable working capital solutions
- Structure customized offers, negotiate terms, pricing, collateral/security, and finalize contracts
- Manage relationships with clients, ensure onboarding, support, and portfolio servicing
- Coordinate with credit, risk, legal, operations teams to ensure approvals, documentation, compliance
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and ensure targets are met
- Track performance metrics (conversion rates, deal size, sales per client, delinquency, etc.)
