Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on a range of financial products, including: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Bond Investments, Mutual Funds
  • Educate clients about product benefits, investment strategies, and financial planning.
  • Ensure timely client follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client relationship management, sales, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investment and insurance products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
