Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of orders. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal teams for order processing.
  • Handle product inquiries, pricing updates, and client communication.
  • Maintain sales data, customer records, and prepare periodic reports/MIS.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse for timely order execution.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Track sales targets, team performance, and escalate issues where required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹540,000.00 per year
