  • Drive sales of liability products such as FD, RD, NCD, CCD, and other structured deposit schemes.
  • Achieve assigned targets for deposit mobilization, customer onboarding, and cross-sell.
  • Relationship Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for liability customers and provide end-to-end support.
  • Build long-term relationships with HNI, retail, and corporate clients.
  • Address customer queries, service requests, and grievances promptly.
  • Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell other NBFC products (loans, insurance, investment products).
  • Ensure customers are informed about new schemes, rates, and offers.Role & responsibilities
