Work Experience

1. 2-3 years of experience with CRM systems
2. Experience in working with internal and external customers in a sales support and relationship management role.

Job Specific Skills

1. Strong understanding and experience with CRM systems
2. Fluency in communications both verbal and written communications
3. Self starter - Ability to work by own.
4. MS Office and Analytical Skills
5. Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing beand loyalty and expanding company revenue.
6. Collaborations with other departments ensures the CRM strategy works well for easy aspect of the business.7. Effective handling of customers and regular follow ups.

**Requirements**:
1. A Bachelors degree in administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
4. Knowledge of CRM systems
5. Computer Skills. MS Office/Tally.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
