Technical Implementation Manager I

Join a leading team in the credit card transaction processing industry with Chase technology.

Job Summary: As a Technical Implementation Manager I within Client Onboarding and Service, you will consult with our merchants and enable them for Credit Card transaction processing with Chase technology. You will be responsible for managing the holistic implementation process, which may include advanced consulting and technical design discussions. Following consultation, the client undergoes integration testing under your guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical resource on client cases for the Merchant Services Core and Integrator client-base.
• Advise clients of Chase or card Industry supported connectivity options, protocols, formats, and product functionality related to Chase offerings.
• Complete integration testing requirements to ensure software integration meets all product and service standards.
• Independently direct successful conversions of products and services from a technical perspective for new and existing clients.
• Represent Technical Implementations on internal project teams created to support new product development or modifications.
• Formally train and provide direction to new and existing employees working with clients on testing processes.
• Lead advanced consultation discussions with clients and recommend complex merchant product and solutions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Requires 5 years of work experience in a technical role within the credit card payment processing industry.
• Minimum 4 years of connectivity knowledge (i.e., MPLS, VPN, and Internet).
• Minimum 4 years of protocol knowledge (i.e., TCP/IP, S-FTP, HTTPS).
• Minimum 5 years diagnosing highly complex issues in applications, data messages, network connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Level 3 Acquirer/Host Level end-to-end certification experience.
• EMV Card Brand certification experience utilizing tools such as Brand Test Tool or ICC.
• EMV device/terminal certification experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
