Responsibilities

  • Provide overall guidance to the sales team for the effective implementation of sales strategy and performance
  • Create and drive strategic business plan ensuring growth in market share and business volumes through demand generation
  • Be the custodian of the overall P&L management of the sales division for the branch
  • Drive innovative customer satisfaction/retention programme to delivery greater Customer Delight Index
  • Analysis of sales revenue, volume, market share etc. of the branch to formulate marketing and sales strategies and take appropriate midcourse correction
  • Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships operations and customer experience

Requirements & skills

  • 10-15 years experience in Sales and Marketing with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership
  • Must be a graduate
  • Ability to build high performing teams
  • Excellent business networking and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with modern business practice and digital orientation
  • Customer centricity and quality orientation
  • Excellent Analytical skills to evaluate financial and non-financial performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹850,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Automotive Industry: 10 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
