Key Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound calls to potential respondents and clients in the UK market.

● Explain surveys, studies, or research opportunities clearly and professionally.

● Schedule appointments and confirm participation for market research projects.

● Maintain accurate call logs, respondent databases, and appointment trackers.

● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with respondents.

● Achieve daily and monthly appointment-setting and call targets (with lucrative incentives).

What We're Looking For

● Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.

● Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.

● Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

● Education: HSC / B.Com or any other degree.

● Freshers with great communication skills are welcome – training provided

● Prior experience in telecalling / market research / UK client interaction is an advantage.
