Key Responsibilities
- Manage **inbound/outbound calls** professionally and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Uphold quality standards and meet performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date product/service knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, neutral accent.
- 6+ months experience in **international voice support** preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with **rotational shifts** including night hours.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
