**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential respondents and clients in the **UK market**.
- Explain surveys, studies, or research opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and confirm participation for market research projects.
- Maintain accurate **call logs, respondent databases, and appointment trackers**.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with respondents.
- Achieve daily and monthly **appointment-setting and call targets** (with lucrative incentives).

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent English communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable working **night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM)**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**.
- Education**:HSC / B.Com or any other degree**.
- Freshers with great communication skills are welcome - **training provided**
- Prior experience in **telecalling / market research / UK client interaction** is an advantage.
