Sales Specialist
– to Join a leading Fintech start-up in Mumbai to drive B2B/B2C and field sales. 1–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territory or market segment.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate to close deals.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline information in our CRM system.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand our market presence and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Ready to work on the field generating strong customer network.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree, or a related field in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment.
- A proactive and results oriented approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Two-wheeler is preferred.
- Fluency in local languages such as Marathi, Hindi and English.
