Job DescriptionRole SummaryPlan and coordinate civil engineering activities for commercial building construction projects. Manage schedules, oversee design reviews, and ensure project delivery on time and budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate project schedules and coordinate with engineering teams

Review civil engineering drawings and specifications

Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients

Monitor project progress and resolve coordination issues

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Control project costs and timelines

Required Skills10-12 years experience in commercial construction planning

Civil engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech)

Knowledge of project management software

Understanding of commercial building systems

Strong communication and coordination abilities

Experience with design management and contractor coordination

What You'll Work OnOffice buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments

Base building construction and core-shell projects

Coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP systems

Permit approvals and regulatory compliance

Schedule management and resource planning
