Anidhya Avenues Private Limited is seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Head to join our team in Hyderabad.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead sales operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to business growth through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales operations to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury segment.
Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical and business planning skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience in real estate sales.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a must.
