Operations Executive - D2C

Location: Gurgaon

PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Coordination:

  • Coordinate with multiple warehouses to ensure timely order dispatches.

  • Monitor and enforce strict TATs (Turnaround Times) for deliveries.

  • Track shipments and proactively chase logistics partners for delays or exceptions.

  • Customer Communication (Post-Purchase):

  • Act as the bridge between customers and logistics partners for delivery updates.

  • Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Platform Management:

  • Operate and manage backend processes on platforms like Vinculum, Shopify, Delhivery One, and Amazon Shipping.

  • Raise and follow up on tickets, claims, and reimbursements across platforms.

  • Inventory Planning:

  • Plan and manage inventory for the D2C channel.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyse sales data to forecast inventory needs.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in e-commerce/D2C backend operations or logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with Vinculum, Shopify, Delhivery One, and Amazon Shipping is a plus.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
