About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic eCommerce team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing tools, campaign analytics, and customer segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, educational and lifecycle emails.

Build and maintain customer segmentation strategies to target audiences effectively.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop compelling email creatives and messaging.

A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.

Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable insights.

Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Use email automation tools to create drip campaigns, cart abandonment flows, and post-purchase journeys.

Continuously analyze customer behavior and trends to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.

Manage and grow the subscriber database while ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.

Requirements:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in the eCommerce sector.

Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, spreadsheet, or other reporting platforms.

Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Highly organized with an eye for detail and a creative mindset.

Bonus - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus.

Bonus - If youve worked in the US market.
