Role Description

We are looking for a
creative and tech-savvy professional
with expertise in
Email Marketing, HTML, and WordPress
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending technical skills with marketing strategies to drive
lead generation and engagement
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute
    bulk email marketing campaigns
    (SMTP).
  • Design and optimize
    responsive HTML email templates
    .
  • Manage, customize, and update content on
    WordPress websites
    .
  • Segment audiences and track campaign performance for
    higher conversions
    .
  • Ensure deliverability, compliance, and performance of email campaigns.
  • Support in
    lead generation strategies
    and integration with CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    Email Marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML/CSS for email design
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    WordPress (themes, plugins, landing pages)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    lead generation funnels
    and analytics.4
  • Ability to handle
    bulk email campaigns
    with high deliverability.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of
    marketing automation tools & CRMs
    .
  • Experience with
    SEO/Google Analytics
    .
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
