Looking to onboard a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) with 5-15 years of experience. The position is based in Bangalore and offers a hybrid working mode.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and implement business processes for Service Delivery Modernization efforts using ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain business models, strategies, and processes to drive organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex business problems using exceptional analytical skills.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in ServiceNow Business Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, Source To Pay Operations, and business modeling terminology.
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies, and processes.
  • Experience in business process design for Service Delivery Modernization efforts.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
