Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new DSAs and channel partners
  • Help partners build and manage their own HLC network
  • Assist partners with onboarding, documentation, and system setup
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local banks and NBFCs
  • Support bank onboarding including documentation and payout alignment
  • Coordinate with bank SPOCs for lead updates, disbursal tracking, and payouts
  • Work closely with FRMs and field teams for smooth process execution
  • Ensure alignment on targets, TATs, and documentation across stakeholders
  • Conduct regular review meetings with partners and FRMs
  • Aggregate business from micro-DSAs and smaller market players
  • Act as the local representative for loan business growth
  • Share local market insights and competitor updates with central teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes and DSA workflows
  • Ability to manage relationships and stakeholders effectively
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent execution
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and business tracking systems

Experience & Qualification

  • 16 years in loan sales, DSA management, or banking partnerships
  • Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory)
