Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Coordinator based in Motipur. The District Coordinator will be responsible for managing the financial services operations at the district level, coordinating with various Customer Service Points (CSPs), and ensuring efficient implementation of SAVE's products and services. The role involves overseeing team performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and establishing effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the District Coordinator will analyze data, prepare reports, and manage relationships with local partners and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing district-level operations and overseeing team performance
  • Financial management and analysis skills to handle operational tasks and prepare reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with CSPs, stakeholders, and team members
  • Knowledge and experience in banking correspondence, microfinance, or financial services is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in an on-site, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
