The District Coordinator will play a key role in implementing and managing USANAOne's initiatives and programs at the district level. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and community members. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Program Implementation:* Coordinate and implement USANAOne's programs and initiatives at the district level, ensuring timely and effective execution. 2. *Stakeholder Management:* Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and partner organizations. 3. *Team Management:* Supervise and support local teams, providing guidance and resources as needed to ensure successful program implementation. 4. *Monitoring and Evaluation:* Track program progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize impact. 5. *Communication:* Serve as a liaison between USANAOne and local stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 6. *Reporting:* Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress, challenges, and outcomes. Requirements: 1. Strong organizational and time management skills 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders 4. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
