Seeking a dynamic, open minded Personal Secretary to provide personalized private & confidential support the Senior Boss.
Job Summary:
This role is based in Bengaluru offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Senior Boss
India's largest global offices located in Bengaluru
, designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
In this position, she should feel very comfortable coordinating with the boss on his personal activities managing his personal cabin, files, records, folders, attendance and his day-to-day lifestyle including his food, lunch, personal wardrobe, perfume, shopping, clothing, cars and his household properties and managing and organizing boss private, discreet and confidential meetings.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Coordinate and schedule boss personal and private appointments.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
- Managing, organizing and scheduling private, discreet and confidential meetings for VIP'S, Celebrities, Elite Rich Affluent Class Groups and their personal day to day requirements and managing their hospitality.
- Organizing late night events, conferences, parties and confidential meetings.
- Extrovert person and she should be open for private socializing with the boss.
What We're Looking For
:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
- Ability to travel with boss whenever required.
Experience Required
:
- 7 years to 10 plus years of experience as Personal Secretary/ Executive Assistant in similar roles.
Schedule:
- Shift 8 hours General Day Shift
- Role: Full time permanent position.
- Work Mode: Hybrid & Onsite
- 9AM to 5PM IST.
- Sat and Sun Fixed Offs.
- Pickup and drop provided from office.
Correspondence and Communication
:
- Manage the boss email inbox, prioritizing and responding to correspondence as appropriate.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and documents as required.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the boss and various teams or stakeholders.
Event and Activity Coordination:
- Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences for the boss office.
- Manage all event logistics, guest lists, and associated administrative tasks.
Ad-Hoc Support:
- Undertake special projects and research initiatives as directed by the boss.
- Provide assistance in preparing reports, data analysis, and presentations as needed.
