The General Manager – Sales is responsible for overseeing all operations and sales activities . This includes managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Target Management:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, provide guidance and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns and local marketing strategies.
  • Ensure follow-up and closure of leads from various sources (walk-ins, digital, referrals, etc.).

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the showroom sales team (Sales Executives, Team Leaders, Receptionist).
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a motivated and professional sales culture.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution.
  • Implement systems for customer follow-up, feedback collection, and loyalty programs.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the showroom.
  • Monitor test rides, bike deliveries, documentation, and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with RTO agents for timely registration and delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all sales, inventory, and compliance.

Inventory Coordination:

  • Monitor stock levels .
  • Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and branding as per guidelines.
  • Track demo vehicles and manage their maintenance and usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
