Position Overview
The
Program Manager (EdTech)
will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, execution, and governance of large-scale learning initiatives. This position demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence in the education technology or learning services domain.
The incumbent will ensure that all learning programs are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and meet defined learning and business impact metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Governance & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned learning programs or corporate upskilling engagements.
- Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and success metrics for each engagement.
- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and service quality standards.
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the single point of contact for client interactions, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management.
- Partner with client learning teams, HR, and functional stakeholders to align program objectives with business needs.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and program impact.
3. Learning Effectiveness & Reporting
- Track learner engagement, assessment performance, and completion analytics using data-driven dashboards.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance indicators.
- Present reports and insights to internal and client leadership teams, highlighting outcomes and improvement areas.
4. Resource & Vendor Coordination
- Manage and coordinate internal resources including trainers, content specialists, and support staff.
- Oversee vendor engagement for content, technology, and logistics, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Optimize utilization and productivity across cohorts and delivery teams.
5. Risk & Quality Management
- Identify program risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain delivery excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across all programs.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Education Management or Project Management preferred.
Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in Program / Project Management within the EdTech, Corporate Training, or L&D sector.
- Proven track record of managing large learning cohorts or enterprise-level training rollouts.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, learning analytics, and digital learning ecosystems.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Asana, or similar project management applications.
Core Skills:
- Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and result orientation.

- On-time and within-budget program delivery.
