Career247 is building India's most industry-ready AI learning ecosystem and we're looking for a high-ownership, high-agility AI Program Manager (Strategy) to help us shape the future.

What You'll Own

  • AI Market & Trend Intelligence
  • Track the latest in GenAI, LLMs, agents, agentic workflows, and AI/AGI trends
  • Identify skill gaps for students & working professionals
  • Benchmark competitors and define program differentiators
  • AI Product & Program Development
  • Lead end-to-end design of AI programs (ideation → launch → scale)
  • Build industry-relevant curriculums across Foundations → Advanced
  • Define user journeys, product specs, and learning experiences
  • Design tools, projects, AI agent labs & capstones with SMEs
  • Collaborate with content, tech, design & marketing teams for flawless execution
  • Launch & GTM Ownership
  • Drive complete launch readiness — content, delivery, GTM
  • Architect learner journeys, milestone check-ins & Demo Days
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with delivery, content, faculty & marketing
  • Enable marketing with thought leadership inputs (webinars, blogs, ideas)
  • Coordinate with external experts for guest talks & co-created programs

Who You Are

  • 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Program Strategy, or EdTech
  • Strong understanding of Python, ML/DL, GenAI, LLMs, Transformers, RAG, Agents
  • Exposure to Agentic AI / AGI / ASI is a big plus
  • Experience in curriculum design, AI consulting, or EdTech preferred
  • MBA is good to have (not mandatory)
  • You move fast, think strategically, and execute with ownership
